Each individual may hold only one active zus88 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at zus88's discretion, and any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts may be voided without notice.
All promotional bonuses and free bet credits issued by zus88 are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal. These requirements are stated in full in the relevant promotion's individual terms.
zus88 reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their zus88 login credentials. zus88 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a member's failure to secure their account.
Collusion, use of automated software (bots), arbitrage betting strategies designed to abuse promotions, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. zus88 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such conduct is detected.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2.3 zus88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Where amendments are material, zus88 will make reasonable efforts to notify Members via email or in-platform notification.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zus88. You are advised to print or save a copy for your records.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account with zus88 and to access any Service. zus88 enforces this requirement through identity verification procedures and may request supporting documentation at any time.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of zus88 Services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. zus88 makes no representation that its Services are available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on zus88. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. zus88 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and void any associated balances, Bonus Funds, and pending withdrawals.
3.4 Accurate Information. Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration and must update their Account details promptly if any information changes. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended or permanently closed.
3.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, or agents of zus88 and its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a Member Account or participate in any promotion.
4.1 Credentials Security. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their zus88 login credentials, including username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. zus88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from a Member's failure to adequately secure their credentials.
4.2 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify zus88 immediately via in-platform live chat or email support. zus88 may temporarily suspend the Account while investigating the report.
4.3 Account Suspension and Closure. zus88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that the Member has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Funds held in a closed Account will be returned to the Member's last verified payment method net of any amounts subject to investigation.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. zus88 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Member before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant Account balance.
5.1 Supported Methods. zus88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction. Current supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Available methods may change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Amounts. The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request. These minimums are subject to change and the current amounts displayed on the zus88 cashier page take precedence.
5.3 Member Funds Only. Members may only deposit funds that belong to them personally. zus88 does not accept funds from third parties. Where a third-party payment source is identified, the deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. zus88 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal request. This may include submission of identification documents, proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal being declined.
5.5 Processing Times. e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via FPX are typically processed within the same business day during banking hours. zus88 does not guarantee processing times and is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on zus88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion charges where applicable are the sole responsibility of the Member.
6.1 All sports bets placed on zus88 are subject to the specific sport and market rules displayed within the sportsbook at the time of bet placement. In the event of any inconsistency between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for matters directly concerning that bet.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only accepted and confirmed when the zus88 system has acknowledged the wager and issued a bet reference number. Members should not assume a bet has been accepted until confirmation is received. zus88 reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion.
6.3 Void Bets. zus88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, system errors, or manifest mistakes) or where the integrity of the relevant event is in question. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Member's Account.
6.4 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to the live market being open at the time of placement. zus88 does not guarantee the availability of any live market and may suspend or remove markets at any time during an event.
6.5 Maximum Payout. Maximum payout limits per event and per Member apply as displayed within the sportsbook. zus88 reserves the right to limit stakes or payouts for any Member at its discretion.
7.1 All live casino and RNG games offered through zus88 Casino are subject to the individual game rules accessible within each game interface. These rules are provided by the respective game supplier and govern the specific rules of play, payout structure, and side bet availability.
7.2 RNG Certification. All RNG-based games available on zus88 use certified Random Number Generator technology independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. zus88 makes no warranty that any game outcome can be predicted, influenced, or guaranteed.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session, zus88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and reconstruct the game state. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. zus88 is not liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 Table Limits. Live casino tables on zus88 carry published minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed within the game lobby and may be adjusted at any time. VIP table limits are available to qualifying members upon request.
8.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers issued by zus88 are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. These individual promotion terms specify eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry dates.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
8.3 Abuse Prevention. zus88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend an Account where there is reasonable evidence that a Member is exploiting promotional terms, engaging in low-risk or arbitrage betting solely to clear wagering requirements, or using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion.
8.4 One Claim Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, zus88 promotional offers are limited to one claim per Member, household, device, or IP address. Promotional claims that appear to circumvent this rule may be voided.
8.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw. zus88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where an active promotion is withdrawn, Members who have already opted in will have a reasonable period to meet the stated conditions before the promotion expires.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, zus88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the relevant Account, void all associated bets and Bonus Funds, and retain any Real Money Funds pending investigation. Where criminal conduct is identified, zus88 will cooperate fully with relevant authorities.
10.1 All content on the zus88 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the property of zus88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the zus88 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, or commercial exploitation of any platform content.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zus88 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from a Member's use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
11.2 zus88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Services is limited to the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 zus88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from virus or other harmful components. Members access and use the platform at their own risk.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.1 zus88 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible from all Member Accounts, including configurable deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
12.2 Members who wish to self-exclude from zus88 may do so immediately through their Account settings. A self-exclusion takes effect without delay and remains in place for the period selected by the Member. Self-exclusion extensions are permitted; early reversal of a self-exclusion is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
12.3 zus88 enforces strict 21+ age verification at registration and reserves the right to require documentary evidence of age at any time. Continued use of the platform and Services following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. 14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which zus88 operates its gaming licence. zus88 operates under international gaming authority oversight.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and zus88, the Member should first contact our customer support team through in-platform live chat or email. zus88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
